Dr. Jae-young Lee is a Principal Research Engineer at ETRI (Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) of South Korea. His main areas of research are in delivery, transmission and signal processing for broadcast systems, IP-based infrastructure and immersive applications. He currently serves as Chairman of TG3/S32 Specialist Group of Physical Layer of ATSC (Advanced Television Systems Committee), and formerly served as Chairman of Physical Layer Working Group of Future Broadcast and Media Standards Forum, South Korea. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, and he authored and co-authored multiple journal and conference papers of IEEE Societies of Broadcast and Communications.
