Andrew Oran joined FotoKem in 2004 to supervise Sales & Operations of their new 70mm lab division, following years of 70mm facility management and independent post supervision in LA and Europe. His responsibilities now encompass oversight of all of FotoKem’s film dailies, finishing, exhibition, preservation, and restoration activities. He advises filmmakers on film capture and post pipelines, and supervises larger scale film projects, from new features like “Sinners”, “Oppenheimer” and “One Battle After Another”, to 8K restorations on 70mm classics like “The Sound of Music” and “My Fair Lady”.
