Amy Jupiter is a multidisciplinary industry leader in producing and designing award-
winning projects across the landscape of visual effects, animation and large scale
immersive theme park attractions. Acknowledged by her peers, Amy received back-to-back
VES (Visual Effects Society) Awards for leading the outstanding visual effects and
experience design teams to create Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle Of The Sunken Treasure at
Shanghai Disneyland and Avatar: Flight of Passage at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. These
attractions, in addition to Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout, also won TEA (Themed
Entertainment Association) as Outstanding Attractions.
Ms. Jupiter’s passion for identifying talent, building relationships, and managing teams
extends across mediums, platforms, and price points. She has provided expertise in
creative management to filmmakers, visual FX companies, animation studios, major theme
park design companies and motion picture studios. Her strong relationships with
Hollywood’s leading directors, producers and visual effects wizards enable her to easily
build cohesive, creative teams for any size production.
In 2021, after delivering the Real Time and Interactive Cinematic Game attraction, Web
Slingers: A Spiderman Adventure for the Avengers Campus for Disney’s California Adventure,
Amy launched By Jove: A Collective of Perspective. This consultancy focuses on leading
teams in developing and creating immersive narratives in themed entertainment and
brand development across traditional and non-traditional media venues. Always pushing
boundaries, she recently led a team alongside Theme Park veteran and business partner,
Joe Rohde, in creating the New Mexico Experience for Virgin Galactic’s first space tourism
adventure. Amy supports the San Diego Global Wildlife Alliance in both their overall Master
Planning and in design consulting for the recently announced, Denny Sanford Elephant
Valley which will open in 2026. Amy is a Creative Advisor to WEVR the award winning
LBVR studio, who is striving to establish NewCinema, and continues her passionate public
speaking practice.
Amy continues to foster the next generation of immersive creators as a Scholar in
Residence at the WLab at NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering. She continues to work
alongside fellow industry innovators and experts as a member of the Scientific and
Technical Awards nominating committee for The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and
Sciences.
