Over her career, she has held leadership roles at major studios including 20th Century Studios, Technicolor, Walt Disney Studios, and most recently Sphere Entertainment—where she served as Vice President of Post Production Technology, helping to bring The Wizard of Oz to life inside the groundbreaking Sphere venue in Las Vegas.

At Sphere Studios, Sharina led the development of next-generation post-production and VFX pipelines—integrating advanced workflows, real-time rendering, and large-format automation to support 18K immersive content. Her teams supported both creative and technical execution across live events, cinematic projects, and branded experiences, setting new benchmarks for production efficiency and redefining how cinematic experiences can be created and delivered at scale.
