Tania Pouli is an independent consultant and founder of Vivid Manta, specializing in HDR imaging, color science, image quality, and next-generation media workflows. Over the past decade, she has helped bridge cutting-edge imaging research and real-world broadcast and streaming applications. Before founding Vivid Manta, she held leadership positions at IRT bcom, where she led strategy for video technologies and research on HDR, video processing, and sustainable media systems. Earlier, at Technicolor Research & Innovation, she contributed to the development of award-winning HDR technologies now deployed throughout the industry. Throughout her career, Tania has combined industrial R&D with scientific research, contributing to both commercial technologies and the advancement of the field through publications, patents, and industry collaboration. She serves on the Board of Directors of Greening of Streaming and co-founded the Broadcast Department of the CST (Commission Supérieure Technique de l’Image et du Son), where she also leads the HDR Working Group. Her current work focuses on helping broadcasters and technology companies develop practical, high-quality, and more sustainable media workflows.
