Allan is a business development consultant with over three decades of experience in post-production, distribution, and technical services in the entertainment industry. He runs his own company, AJS Media, Inc., and currently consults for The Hollywood Film Company on content management, preservation, and restoration — spanning physical, cloud, and AI-embedded workflows. Allan also drives organic growth across traditional media and entertainment while exploring new verticals like aerospace and automotive. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at THX Ltd., DreamWorks SKG, Turner Broadcasting, and The Walt Disney Company, gaining deep insight into the entertainment industry's operational and technical landscape. Allan holds a B.S. in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an A.A.S. in Communications, Television, and Film from Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY.
