Veronica Pineda is a Manager on the Localization and Media Services team at Deluxe, where she oversees end to end title workflows for major studio partners. She began her career in Digital intermediate mastering and has since expanded into projects spanning localization, mastering, and distribution. Passionate about mastering and file formats, she focuses on building workflows that ensure precision and consistency in global content delivery.

Veronica is newly appointed as Secretary of the SMPTE 35PM IMF standards committee and serves as the Panel Chair for the Career Development Series at the 2025 SMPTE Media Technology Summit. She has extensive knowledge of streaming specifications for OTT platforms and is a RISE Panel+ speaker, where she advocates for mentorship, accessibility, and greater diversity across the industry.

Veronica’s journey has given her the opportunity to apply her skills to expand inclusion in media and tech, supporting students, early-career talent, and career changers as they find their footing in their career.

Veronica holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and recently completed the SMPTE ST-2110 Bootcamp, strengthening her technical foundation as an emerging technologist.
