2024 Highlights

  • The Tech Trek: This experience will lead attendees on a journey that shows how theory becomes practice. As we work to more closely incorporate the Sessions and Exhibits, attendees will be led on interactive exhibit tours showcasing technology discussed in the Sessions. Exhibitors who are demonstrating technology solutions related to Session topics can sign up to participate.

  • The Emerging Technology Showcase: This space will feature floor sessions focused on emerging technology. The program will be curated and submissions are now being accepted!

  • Interactive Zone: Interactive Zone: Limited to a maximum of five companies, this section of the Solutions Hub is reserved for companies with interactive, “hands on” demos. Showcase your technology by allowing attendees to see it in action. Space is extremely limited, so be sure to reserve yours while it is available.

  • Dedicated Dark Space: The 400 section of booths will be reserved for those demonstrations that require low lighting to best showcase their technology..

Who Should Exhibit?

There are many reasons to exhibit at this year’s Summit! Wondering if participating as an exhibitor is right for you? These are just some of the examples of what organizations are a good fit:

  • Companies interested in meeting with Industry leaders from some of the most influential organizations in film and television. The Summit is an intimate show with a large percentage of high-level decision makers in attendance.
  • Companies participating in the conference program. If someone from your company will be speaking at the Summit, consider taking a booth. This year we are working to more closely align the exhibits and program in an effort to continue the conversations begun in the session rooms.
  • Companies with solutions-focused information to share. Summit attendees are looking for solutions to their technology challenges. This is your chance to begin those meaningful conversations.
  • Companies interested in showcasing their emerging technology solutions.  Take advantage of the opportunity to participate in floor sessions and address questions more in depth at your booth.
  • SMPTE Supporters and Sustaining Members. The work SMPTE does in the areas of Standards and Education is fueled by our members. Use this as an opportunity to show your support for the Society and network with both old and new connections.
