Thank you for your participation as a Volunteer during The 2024 SMPTE Media Technology Summit! Below are our policies regarding Volunteer registration:

Volunteers working a half-day shift receive a complimentary conference registration for that day. Half-day Volunteers should select the “Day of Volunteer Shift” registration option and indicate the day they are working during registration.
Volunteers working more than one half-day shift receive a complimentary conference registration for each day they work. Select the appropriate registration for the number of days you are attending.
Volunteers working a full-day shift receive a complimentary registration for an additional day of their choice. Full-day Volunteers should select “Two-Day Volunteer Registration” option and indicate the day they are working plus their additional day of attendance during registration.
Volunteers working TWO full-day shifts should register for either the Three Day Volunteer or All-Access package, depending on planned attendance.

SMPTE provides (two) complimentary Exhibit Staff registrations for each 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth, or 6 ft. x 6 ft. booth.

Additional Exhibit Staff registrations may be purchased at $200 each
If you would like to upgrade your complimentary Exhibitor Staff registration to include the conference sessions, you can apply your discount code to an All Access registration. $200 will then be deducted from the price of registration.

In addition, SMPTE will provide one (1) complimentary “Exhibitor All Access” registration for each 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth.

Additional All Access registrations may be purchased at the SMPTE Member price

You will be able to apply your complimentary registration codes (provided by SMPTE Staff to the Exhibitor Booth Contact) at checkout. If you have not received your discount code, please contact events@smpte.org for assistance.

All Speakers receive complimentary admission on the day of their Session, as well as a discounted rate of $650 for the All Access package.

Thank you for your participation as part of the Emerging Technology Showcase sessions during the 2024 SMPTE Media Technology Summit!

As a Speaker in the Emerging Technology Showcase sessions, we are pleased to extend the Speaker rate for the Technical Conference. All Speakers receive complimentary admission on the day of their Session, as well as a discounted rate of $650 for the All Access package.

Registering as an Emerging Technology Speaker will also give you the Exhibitor access that you need to access your booth before and after the published exhibit hours.

If you would like access to the Technical Conference sessions on days that you are not speaking in the Emerging Tech sessions, please select either the All Access or Technical Conference package.
If you are not interested in attending the Technical Conference sessions, please select the Day of Presentation option and select the day of your Emerging Technology session. This registration is free of charge and will still give you Exhibit Staff access on both Tuesday and Wednesday.

Due to limited space, please note that all Press registrations must go through a moderation process. You will be informed of your registration approval by SMPTE Staff.

Includes admission to all Conference Sessions, 21-24 October, as well as admission to the Solutions Hub and Emerging Technology Showcase Sessions, Welcome Reception, and Buffet Lunch Tuesday and Wednesday.

Attendees with this registration package will also receive access to download available papers and presentations from the conference sessions.

Tickets for Other Special Events may be added to your registration at an additional cost.

Daily Registration

Includes admission to all Conference Sessions on day(s) selected, as well as admission to the Solutions Hub and Emerging Technology Showcase Sessions (Tues and Wed), and event for the selected day(s): Tuesday Welcome Reception and/or Tuesday and Wednesday Attendee Buffet Lunch. Thursday attendees will be able to select from various off-site programs.

Tickets for Other Special Events may be added to your registration at an additional cost.

Day of Presentation Only

Includes admission to all Conference Sessions on day selected, as well as admission to the Solutions Hub (Tues and Wed), and event for the selected day(s): Tuesday Welcome Reception and/or Tuesday and Wednesday Attendee Buffet Lunch.

Tickets for Other Special Events may be added to your registration at an additional cost.

Exhibit Staff - $200.00

Includes Exhibitor access to the Solutions Hub, including the Emerging Technology Showcase Sessions, as well as daily continental breakfast, coffee breaks, Tuesday Welcome Reception, and Buffet Lunch Tuesday & Wednesday. This package does not include admission to the Conference Sessions (with the exception of Emerging Technology Speakers on the day of presentation) or Special Events.

Tickets for Other Special Events may be added to your registration at an additional cost.

Solutions Hub Pass - $100.00

This registration package includes admission to the Solutions Hub (October 22 and 23), including all Emerging Technology Showcase Sessions and Tuesday Welcome Reception. Admissions to the Technical Program Conference Sessions are not included.

Tickets for Special Events may be added to your registration at an additional cost.

The 2024 Awards Gala will celebrate our newest honorees. We're so excited to be back together again for the SMPTE Red Carpet, Awards Ceremony, Gala Dinner and After Party! Please note that these tickets are GENERAL ADMISSION, which means they do not have specific table assignments. Reserved Tables are also available for purchase, and include ten seats at each.
