Each 10’ x 10’ booth package consists of:

- (1) 6’ x 30” H draped table - Black Skirting
- (2) Limerick side chairs

- 7” x 44” one-line booth ID sign
- (1) 10 Amp power drop

The majority of the SMPTE Media Technology Summit will take place in the Ray Dolby Ballroom, on the 5th floor of the Ovation Hollywood (formerly Hollywood and Highland), adjacent to the Loews Hollywood Hotel.
For attendees staying at the Loews Hollywood Hotel, simply take the elevator to the 5th floor and cross over the pool deck to get to the Dolby Ballroom. For those traveling to the conference daily, please park in the Ovation Hollywood and proceed to the 5th Floor via elevator or escalator.
The Sessions, Solutions Hub, and Awards Gala will all be taking place in sections of the Ray Dolby Ballroom.
Freeman Exhibitor Kit
All Exhibit Contacts should receive an email from Freeman with a login for the Exhibitor Kit. We expect emails to go out the first week in August.

Tech Treks - New for 2024!
This year, to more closely align the program and the Solutions Hub, portions of the program are dedicated to "Tech Treks," which are guided exhibit tours of companies that are showcasing technology discussed in the sessions.
AV / Electric / Internet Orders
AV/Equipment Rentals, Internet and Electrical Services will be handled by Encore.
- As a reminder, all exhibit booths have a 10Amp electrical drop included. You ONLY need to order electric if you have additional needs.

Lead Retrieval for Exhibitors
Lead Retrieval will be provided by our on-site registration partner, Validar. Please click below for options and order form. License orders can be placed up until the show open; however, if you would like to order a physical device or add custom questions, the order deadline is October 11.
Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
Many common questions (what is included with your booth, booth staff and conference registrations, complimentary passes for customers, etc.) are answered in the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.
Lodging
We are happy to once again partner with the Loews Hollywood Hotel as the official hotel of the Media Technology Summit.
A Discounted rate of $269/night is available for Summit participants through September 26.
This year, SMPTE has partnered with Connections Housing to manage hotel room bookings and provide you with an upgraded level of customer service. You can book individual rooms or group blocks.

“Ready-to-Publish” Blurb for SMPTE Exhibitors and Sponsors
Simply add the name of your company, and the text is ready to use in an email to offer customers free exhibits passes and to invite them to your booth.
General Summit Graphics
These graphics are in “ready-to-post” format and can be used on socials, in emails, and on websites. You will not be able to add your logo or to these graphics.
EPS files for Exhibitor/Sponsor Graphics
If you have access to a designer, the designer can use these editable files to add your name and image (optional) to the graphics in this folder. You’ll need to use the fonts below.
