What is Included in My Booth?
Basic Wi-Fi will be available to exhibitors and Attnedees. Please note it will be a shared network so speeds will be reduced. If you require higher Bandwidth service, please refer to the Encore ordering portal to place an order for your specific organization.
Each 10’ x 10’ booth package consists of:
- 8’ high back wall – Black Drape
- 3’ high side drape - Black Drape
- (1) 6’x 24"x 30"H draped table - Black Skirting
- (2) Side chairs
- (1) Wastebasket
- 7” x 44” one-line booth ID sign
- (1) 10 Amp power drop
- (1) One complimentary all access pass
- (2) Two complimentary exhibit staff badges
- Unlimited Solution Hub passes

Use the Bandwidth Calculator to understand your internet needs. Select the categories that apply to your event and follow the instructions for each section to estimate your total bandwidth requirement.
- Light usage: occasionally used during and in between sessions, checking emails, but not part of the main event (50 Mbps)
- Dedicated bandwidth (50Mbps/minimum recommended)
- Moderate: Attendees anticipating using social media, apps, and digital engagement platforms

Note: Your booth will come with a complementary 10 Amp outlet.

- You will receive login and reporting details from the Validar Team one week prior to the show, and also on the last day of the show

Book your rooms at our contracted partner hotels; the Dena Hotel ($264/nt) or Hyatt Place ($239/nt) Hotels while space is still available! Our reservations partner, Connections Housing, can also help arrange a block of rooms for your company, if needed.
The block closes at Hotel Dena on September 17 and Hyatt Place on September 18, unless rooms sell out before this date. Book Now!
