Sponsor Activation Space Package

All Sponsor Activation Spaces are located within the carpeted Solutions Hub and include the following:

Back Wall Display

• One (1) 8' x 8' back wall system
  • Includes three panels total
  • One panel may feature a custom graphic design of your choice**
  • Two panels are provided in solid white

Furnishings

Choose one of the following setups:

Option A

• STANDARD SPONSOR ACTIVATION SPACE EQUIPMENT
• Every Sponsor Space will be inside the carpeted Solutions Hub which is hosted in Ballroom DE and will contain the following, unless otherwise specified directly to Sponsor*.
• (1) 8'x8' Back wall System (1 panel of the 3 can be a custom design of your choosing, while 2 of the panels are provided solid white.)**
• (1) 4’ x 24" x 30” H draped table - white skirting / white top plus (1) 30" diameter tall cafe table with white stretch fabric cover
• (2) high stools (with back)
• (1) wastebasket
• (1) 10 Amp power drop (you can bring a multi-strip if you desire)
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Internet is NOT provided and must be procured thru Encore, either in advance through the Sponsor Kit or onsite via their Splash Page.

• **Note: If you would like additional custom graphic panels for your back wall, please reach out to Jessica Begos (jbegos@smpte.org) to up-level your graphic backdrop for a fee.  October 1, 2026 Deadline for All graphics
• The Space does not include any other furniture or display cases, but this equipment can be rented from the official contractor via the Show Ready Link.

Option B

• One (1) 6' x 24" x 30"H draped table with white skirt and white tabletop cover
• (2) Regular chairs 
• Every Sponsor Space will be inside the carpeted Solutions Hub which is hosted in Ballroom DE and will contain the following, unless otherwise specified directly to Sponsor*.
